What they do

Camcool Ltd trades from Henfield Business Park in West Sussex. It was incorporated on 12 July 2012, which makes 14 years on Companies House. The site says it specialises in both domestic and commercial air conditioning, and also covers refrigeration, heating and ventilation. Most of what it describes is commercial: single splits through to VRF and VRV heat recovery systems and chilled water applications.

It offers a free site survey, then proposals, and it maintains systems under SERVICEPLAN planned maintenance plans. A fast-response call-out service is described on its commercial page. The coverage list names Brighton and Hove along with Eastbourne, Worthing, Lewes, Horsham, Haywards Heath and others, and the site says it serves Sussex, Surrey and London. The brand strip on the site is logos only, so we have not recorded brands.

Credentials

F-gas: verified on the REFCOM register, Camcool Limited is listed in Henfield (BN5 9SL), but the register extract shows no certificate number. The number REF1009543 comes from the site's own footer, so we could not match it to the register. The site also says all its engineers are F-Gas certified, and that every service comes with an F-GAS certificate and a full report.

Company status: active at Companies House (number 08139891), confirmation statement dated 12 July 2026. No manufacturer approval levels or MCS number are published. The site says it is an approved installer for all major equipment brands without naming levels.

Prices and warranty

The only published price is for reactive call-outs: £95 +VAT per hour usual rate, reduced to £65 +VAT per hour for SERVICEPLAN customers. There is no installed price, so ask for a written quote naming the units, pipework, electrical work and commissioning. The site says a 50% deposit is payable before work starts and a fixed quote is valid for 30 days.

Warranty: up to seven years on certain brands of equipment, subject to taking a planned preventative maintenance contract. This is stated on the commercial page.

Good to know

It is heavily commercial. Domestic installs are a smaller line.
The site says it has been installing and maintaining systems for 12 years, while Companies House shows 14, so the site text is out of date.
Companies House lists a registered office in Croydon, and the trading base is Henfield.
The director is said to have well over 30 years in the industry.
