What they do

4Facilities Limited works from the Glennys Industrial Estate in Eastbourne, about 20 miles along the coast from Brighton. The company was incorporated on 16 February 2015, which makes 11 years on Companies House. Its site describes servicing, repairs and installation for businesses and homes, and the emphasis is on planned commercial servicing across the South of England, including London.

For homes it lists split systems for one room, multi-split systems for several rooms, and wall-mounted, floor-mounted and ducted fan coil units. Brands only appear in project write-ups: a Daikin condenser for a cellar system and Panasonic VRF units for a care home replacement. It publishes no manufacturer approval level. Brighton is in its list of areas, next to Lewes, Worthing and Hastings. It also runs a consumer brand called Aircon4Homes, which is a trading name of the same company.

Credentials

F-gas: verified on the REFCOM register, where 4Facilities Ltd is listed at its Eastbourne trading postcode. A REFCOM name search for "4Facilities" shows 4Facilities Ltd, certificate REF1018371, at BN22 7ET. The company's own FAQ quotes a different registration number, FGAS2001132, which we could not match to the register. The site also says its engineers are individually qualified to work on equipment containing F-gases.

Company status: active at Companies House (number 09442426), accounts made up to 28 February 2026. No MCS number and no manufacturer approvals are published.

Prices and warranty

No prices are published. Ask for a written quote that lists the units and brand, pipework, electrical connection, commissioning, and whether VAT is included. The site offers a free site survey for commercial installations. No warranty terms are published.

Good to know

  • Commercial servicing is the main business. Home air conditioning is a smaller line, and the consumer side is handled under the Aircon4Homes name.
  • The Companies House registered office (Eastbourne, BN22 8PW) is a different address from the trading address (BN22 7ET).
  • The site's town list covers Sussex, Kent, Surrey and London, so Brighton is one of many places named.
  • Hove is not named separately in its coverage list.
  • For urgent faults the contact page says to call and discuss availability. It does not publish a callout time.

Good fit if

  • Businesses wanting planned servicing
  • A free commercial site survey
  • Home split or multi-split installs

Maybe not if

  • You want published prices or review scores
  • You want a Brighton or Hove address nearby
