For installers: your listing and how to link to it

Listings are free and nobody can pay for a better place. If you are listed, here is how to correct a fact, add photos or prices, and link to your listing from your own website.

How listings work

  • Free. No installer, manufacturer or marketplace pays for a listing, a higher place, a badge or a mention. There is no "sponsored" slot, and we take no referral fee for enquiries. "Get a quote" goes straight to your own page.
  • Order. The default order is "F-gas verified first, then most complete profile, then A to Z". A more complete, better checked profile appears higher. Nothing else changes it.
  • Where facts come from. Your own website, the F-gas register, Companies House and manufacturer installer finders, each with the date we read it. How we check has the detail.

Fix or add something

Email hello@airconguide.co.uk with the page and what is wrong, plus a link or document that shows the right answer. A person reads every message and we aim to reply within two working days. See the corrections policy. If we show "F-gas: Claimed" or "Not found" and you are certified, send the certificate number and register and we will re-check it.

Photos and prices

  • Photos. Send photos of your installs or team, or tell us which of your own pages to take them from. We credit you and remove any photo on request.
  • Prices. We only show a price if you publish it. Put it on your own website, or email us the page it is on, and we copy it exactly with the date and what it includes. We never estimate a price for you.

If you would like to point customers at your listing, choose your business below for a badge and the HTML to paste into your website or email signature. The badge says only what we checked: that you are listed, and, if we matched your company on the F-gas register, that it is F-gas checked. It does not say we approve or recommend anyone.

Not in the list? You are not listed yet. Email us your business name and the areas you cover and we will check you for the next update.

It is a normal link, so you do not need to add anything to it. There is no obligation to link, and linking changes nothing about your place in the lists.
