Aircon4Homes

Aircon4Homes is a trading name of 4Facilities Ltd, an Eastbourne company incorporated on 16 February 2015, which makes 11 years on Companies House. It does domestic installation only on its published pages, across East Sussex, West Sussex, Kent, Surrey and Hampshire, with dedicated area pages for Brighton and Hove.

The core offer is a split wall-mounted system for a bedroom or a living room. You answer four questions on the site for an instant estimate, then book a free, no-obligation survey and get a fixed price. It supplies Mitsubishi, Daikin, Fujitsu and Hitachi systems, and sells aftercare and servicing packages. Kitchens, offices, conservatories and multi-room systems need a bespoke assessment, so they are quoted separately. Commercial work is not stated.

The site publishes no street address. The registered office is in Eastbourne.

F-gas: verified on the REFCOM register, certificate REF1018371, listed under 4Facilities Ltd. The site says all its engineers hold F-Gas certification and are fully insured.

Company status: active at Companies House (number 09442426); accounts made up to 28 February 2026 were filed in August 2026. It does not claim any manufacturer approval or MCS registration.

Two prices are published, both for supply and fit:

• Bedroom, single split wall-mounted: from £1,650, and up to £1,850 in the site's structured data.
• Living room or open-plan space, single split wall-mounted: typically £1,750 to £2,100.

The price includes the unit, insulated pipework up to 10m, electrical connection, commissioning and F-Gas certification. VAT is charged at the current applicable rate. The living room range comes from the site's structured data, while the visible text only says single-room installs start from £1,650.

Warranty: the units carry manufacturer warranties, with warranty registration included. The terms and conditions on the site give a 12-month workmanship guarantee on installation works ("12-month workmanship guarantee"). It covers defects arising from the installation itself, not equipment faults covered by the manufacturer, and it is void if anyone other than Aircon4Homes or an authorised engineer services or modifies the system without its written consent.

• It is the consumer brand of 4Facilities Ltd, the Eastbourne firm that also has its own profile here.
• Phone lines are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm.
• Multi-room systems are not covered by the instant estimate.
• The estimate is not a quote. The fixed price follows the survey.
• No street address is published.
